Fairyland Story is an ethereal, kaleidoscope adventure coming to iOS this Thursday

Having received plenty of praise from enthusiastic mobile gamers already, it's exciting to see that the eagerly anticipated Fairyland Story will be arriving on iOS this week.

Fairyland Story is a surreal adventure and follows Dorothy, a little girl kept from the world due to her illness. After dreaming of true adventures, a fairy hears her and pulls her into a kaleidoscope-like dreamland.

The game really is gorgeous whatever way you look at it. It's colourful but also haunting in the way the main figures are ghostly against the background. It's minimal in the right way.

With more than 50 levels across seven chapters, plenty of characters to unlock, and a ton of stars to collect, there's lots to get stuck into.

Fairyland Story will be available for iPhone and iPad this Thursday April 13th.
