they are patenting it into the store... they stated that the jailbreak beta version is shut down, and that they are attempting a transfer over to the store, and in the upadet message it states that your stats will be also transfered out of it.
though there is the idea that it wont work without a gps, this app is for the ipod/iphone, and both devices have gps built in them. so not to worry everything is cool.
this game went to the istore on april 8th and you need to stay tuned and look for an application (sorry fogote the name)
great game in general =D
