Roar Rampage and Lost Yeti developer Neutronized will launch its latest iOS game onto the App Store this week, on Thursday January 8th.

It's called Drop Wizard, and it's a manic single-screen arcade game inspired by games like Bubble Bobble, Mario Bros, and Snow Bros. So expect chunky retro visuals and a rocking chip tune soundtrack.

The game's all about stunning enemies and then booting them into other foes to make Katamari-style snowballs of enemies. Sounds complex but it's super simple thanks to a control scheme that sees you automatically shooting a star whenever you drop down a level.

The game will have 60 levels, boss fights, and secret modes. This retro throwback will have no in-app purchases or adverts. Just like the good old days.
