Dead Trigger 2 reaches an incredible milestone
It's still worth sinking your teeth into it
MADFINGER Games is celebrating a very impressive milestone of 100 million downloads for Dead Trigger 2. The zombie shooter was released five years ago, back in 2013, but has clearly still remained popular as the game continues to be downloaded.
The CEO and creative director of the studio, Marek Rabas, thanks the game's audience in a statement saying "I would like to personally thank all 100 million Dead Trigger 2 players who have shown their support and love for this game."
He also notes why the game has done so well, "Most of the success was achieved because the game was something mobile players experienced for the first time ever - console quality graphics and smooth controls."
It's quite obvious what you do in the game - you go around killing those pesky zombies that keep getting in all of our video games. Over the years it's received quite a lot of attention and has garnered over 2.7 million five-star reviews between iOS and Android. In our review we found that the game is not without its flaws, but is still an awful lot of fun to play.
