Darkside Detective is polished up in its new demo, with music by Ben Prunty
It's all coming together now...
The upcoming Darkside Detective, a point-and-click "micro-adventure" from DoomCube, has a new demo out.
It's playable in-browser on the game's website and features new music from its composer, Ben Prunty.
Prunty is perhaps best known for his work on the FTL: Faster Than Light soundtrack.
You can listen to Darkside Detective's main title theme on YouTube, or another track below.
Darkside Detective, which we wrote a little about last month, is an adventure game about Francis McQueen, an investigator sent to uncover supernatural and occult-related mysteries.
It was born of a game jam prototype last year, and while the developers at DoomCube are working to expand it, it's still meant to revolve around "bite-size investigations."
It'll be coming to "smartphones and tablet devices" at some point later this year, as well as PC and Mac.
