NASA forces name change for upcoming experimental title, Curiosity

Peter Molyneux has revealed that his studio 22Cans can't call it's debut game Curiosity because of a naming issue with NASA.

Molyneux took to Twitter to announce "there is a problem. We can't use it because of NASA."

No, we can't believe he missed the obvious joke by starting that tweet with 'Houston...', either.

Chipping away

NASA's space rover Curiosity famously landed on Mars nearly three weeks ago to explore the Red Planet's surface and look for any signs of life.

This snag in the production of Curiosity has clearly caught 22Cans off-guard as they've started canvassing for new title ideas on Twitter.

What's in the box?

Curiosity - which includes the now-infamous £50,000 piece of DLC - features players chipping away at a giant block to reveal what's inside.

The concept is simple: the more money you pay, the more powerful your taps are, but there's only a limited number of paid tools available. The final tappee will find out what's inside the mysterious cube.
