Millipede Creative Development has earned the distinction of having a joke game land successfully on the App Store.
The plucky Australian developer created Bullistic as a free game after several of its customers complained that its games weren’t similar enough to Angry Birds.
The first fruits of this crass comedic genius came out in January for iPhone, but now the fully fledged 99c game Bullistic Unleashed has been released.
100% Grade A fun
Bullistic Unleashed moved away from its Angry Birds clone roots and has established itself as a platform/pinball hybrid game with plenty of rude jokes and 'bulls to the wall' action to keep the most jaded of mobile gamers interested.
The action of Bullistic Unleashed takes place in a shopping mall, and your motivation is to explore every possible meaning of the phrase 'bull in a china shop' as you destroy, vandalise, and otherwise despoil the storefronts of innocent shopkeepers.
The mall employees won’t take being bullied lightly, however, and will fight back with meat grinders and distracting lady cows.
Not acceptabull for children
In order to enjoy everything that Bullistic Unleashed has to offer, you must check your sensibilities at the door, be 12 years or older, and not be afraid to laugh at the frequent crude humor behind the game.
At a cost of 99c, €0.79 or 69p and 44.6 MB of storage, Bullistic Unleashed is a rude and ribald game worth checking out if you feel that you’ve outgrown the cartoonish world of Angry Birds, but still enjoy flinging animals across vast stages in the name of destruction.
