Calling all devs - The Big Indie Pitch is coming to GDC Europe
|

Whether you're already heading over to Cologne for GDC Europe or planning to be a tad early for gamescom, Pocket Gamer's Big Indie Pitch is sandwiched perfectly between the two.

Our Big Indie Pitches are the perfect opportunity to show off your game off, get valuable feedback, potentially score coverage on Pocket Gamer, and perhaps even win an award.

A treasure from the past

A shining example, Monster and Monster's Deep Loot was featured in our round-up of the 6 stand-out games from last year's Big Indie Pitch at Apps World. Plus it's arriving on the App Store tomorrow. See what we did there? Publicity!

Knocking your game launch out of the park can be tough, but there's no better way to get prepared than by putting it in the hands of our expert panel in our trademark speed-dating format. Don't miss out.

The Big Indie Pitch at GDC Europe will be taking place at the top-notch Wartesaal from 4pm-7pm on August 12, the last day of GDC and two days before gamescom. You can grab your free developer tickets here. Spectators from the industry are most welcome too.

D'yarr har-harr!

An hour after The Big Indie Pitch wraps up, the pirate-themed Pocket Gamer Party will be in full swing until the clock strikes 12. Scientific Research™ states that there's no better way to network than over grog and sea shanties y'know.

That's not all - if you'd like to have a meet and greet the night before The Big Indie Pitch, we're also hosting our Mobile Mixer at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on the evening of August 11.

There you have it. Three fantastic events, all free. Pocket Gamer's here to help you get your game ready for the masses, network with the industry's finest, and have an all-round swell time while you're doing it.

Many thanks to Upsight and Samsung for sponsoring The Big Indie Pitch at GDC Europe.
