Another of the seeming endless myriad of successful Flash games that's making the transition to iPhone is Homerun in Berzerk Land.

It's been played millions of times including 1.5 million plays on Kongregate, and now developer Berzerk Studio together with Japanese publisher NTT Resonant is bringing it to iOS under the new title Berzerk Ball.

That's going to hurt

A trajectory physics game, you have the option to select different characters and blunt objects - bats, axes, guitars etc - with which you have to propel a rather chubby-looking geek as far as possible.

This is done by selecting angle and power of your shot and then letting the geek have it. The further you bash him, the more points you get and the better clothes, bats etc you can unlock as well as building up your character's stats.

Providing extra distance options are giant robots, cannons and nuclear bombs which are scattered around for the geek to land on.

The iPhone version will also feature a new female character, plus additional items and trophies and improved graphics.

Berzerk Ball is due to be released on December 14.

You can see how the iPhone version plays in the following video, or play the Flash version here.
