Team Fortress 2 borrower Attack and Destroy released for iPhone
The Heavy's not going to like this
Remember the Armed and Dangerous strategy game we saw last month, which appeared to borrow heavily from classic team shooter Team Fortress 2 in the graphics department?
Despite an outcry from gamers, Humble Gaming has gone ahead with the launch - but under a different guise.
It's now called Attack and Destroy.
Boink!Characters models look very similar, with the Grunt the spitting image of TF2's Heavy, and the classes are nearly identical, with the Grunt (Heavy), Scout, Sniper and Technician (Engineer) at your disposal.
The menu interface and text style looks suspiciously similar too.
Fortunately, the gameplay is rather different, taking on a 3-on-3 squad and turn-based strategy style.
There are three game modes - Defend, Attack and Battle - with players positioning their troops and taking the enemy out with skill and timing.
Attack and Destroy is available now for iPhone and iPad for $3.99 / £2.39.
