It's a nasty bit of news to give, but it's an important lot. Unfortunately for select countries, the price of App Store applications is set to increase a little by the end of the week, if not already in place.

For those of us in the UK, living a post-Brexit reality and experiencing other political curve balls, you'll have noticed that the pricing went up at the beginning of 2017. Apps/Games that were originally 79p are now 99p - on par now with the American conversion rate, and so on.

However, whilst some games will be experiencing lower prices, similar to Google Play's crazy-cheap sales, a lot of them will be going up in Mexico, Denmark, and basically anywhere that uses the Euro. What was originally 0.99 euros will soon be 1.09 euros, and so on.

That may not seem like too steep an incline but it tallies up eventually, meaning that the already-expensive games are about to get hiked up a little more. It's also a change coming with the reduction of affiliate earnings (from when sites share an App Store link).
