Rovio has released a new trailer for Angry Birds. The video, which is subtitled "a sneak peek to the newest adventures", shows three costumed birds out trick-or-treating on a dark and eerie Halloween night.
The obvious inference is that it's a Halloween-themed episode for Angry Birds Seasons, although the trailer never explicitly says so, leading AngryBirdsNestto speculate that this could be a separate app altogether. Our money's on the former, which would make it the second Halloween-themed Angry Birds Seasons instalment.
Eager Angry Birds-watchers will be aware that this means the Seasons spin-off is coming up to its first birthday, having initially been released out of the blue as Angry Birds Halloween.
The video is just a brief teaser, with no gameplay footage of any kind. However, with Halloween only two weeks away it seems likely that we’ll have more details to share with you very soon.
