As I'm sure you know, Rovio will soon release a Star Wars-themed entry in its über-popular Angry Birds franchise.
Yep, it'll feature Jedi Birds and Princess Leia's infamous bikini. Possibly.
This got us thinking about which other iOS and Android titles we'd like to see filled with characters, locations, and other elements taken from George Lucas's faraway galaxy.

In this Star Wars-inspired version of ZeptoLab's Cut the Rope, you're tasked with feeding helpless Gamorrean guards to a bloodthirsty Rancor.
Naturally, you have to solve puzzles and overcome various obstacles and hazards to complete your mission.
Thankfully, you have your trusty lightsaber to hand, and can call upon various Sith powers.

You've probably already guessed how this one works.
Yes, replace plants with Jedis and zombies with the Sith, and you've got yourself a great Wookiee-filled tower defence title.
Playing as a member of the Jedi Order, you have to defend a Jedi Temple against incoming waves of red lightsaber-wielding baddies. You can recruit Wookiees and Gungans to repel AT-ATs and TIE fighters.

Another rather predictable one.
Basically, your aim is to successfully guide a variety of spacecraft safely into the the Death Star's many docking bays.
How? By using your finger to draw the craft's paths on your device's screen. Easy.

This Stars Wars-themed version of Fruit Ninja throws the game's samurai swords and healthy snacks in the bin, and replaces them with lightsabers and miniaturised Death Stars.
As you progress, you unlock additional lightsabers (including Mace Windu's cool purple blade), and fresh environments, such as Endor and Hoth.
Tiny Wings
In Tiny Wings (or Tiny X-Wings, if you will), you're handed control of Luke Skywalker's infamous X-wing fighter, and charged with launching it back into space.
By pressing down on your device's display, you can increase your downhill acceleration. You then lift your finger off your display when you want to get some air.
