Yesterday we wrote that the Summer Pignic update for Rovio's Angry Birds Seasons would be out "soon". In Finnish, that evidently means "tomorrow".

Yes, Summer Pignic is already available, bringing 30 new summer-themed levels to Rovio's ever-expanding Seasons collection. That's "one per day for a month" - like the Christmas advent update, Summer Pignic unlocks a new level every day.

The new levels feature sunny skies, pigs in sunglasses, pig-shaped clouds, flowers, summery hats, doughnuts, jugs of lemonade, and the usual assortment of exploding crates and unreliable building materials.

The update also lets you send "summer greetings cards" to your Facebook friends, though this is less a gameplay element and more an opportunity to market Angry Birds to people you variously like, dislike, and vaguely remember meeting.
