Talk about value for money: the utterly addictive pocket-money game Angry Birds has received yet another update packed with new stages.

Available for both the iPhone and iPad editions of the game, Angry Birds 1.4.1 features 15 reconstructed levels. With the theme of world four being reconstruction, we see the little green piggies attempting to fix old Angry Birds stages, before you pop in and wreck them all over again with more casually catapulted birds.

It also features a brand new golden egg to find (hint: it’s hidden in 10-3), which gives access to yet another a fun mini-stage when found. If that wasn’t enough, the game has even more achievements to be unlocked in Chillingo’s online game service, Crystal.

There’s still another page of levels to be unlocked, titled “Coming Soon” and expected in the next update. Whether developer Rovio will then turn its attention to a new game or keep cranking out more content, will have to be seen. Either way, you can’t complain for squeezing this much fun out of less than a quid.

Angry Birds is available on iPhone and iPod touch for 59p / 99c / €0.79c and on iPad for £2.99 / $4.99 / €3.99. The update is free to owners of either game.
