Aliens vs Predators: Evolution is a third-person brawler from Muffin Knight dev Angry Mob Games, which provides another opportunity for the most recognisable extraterrestrials in film history to do battle.
Assuming control of either Xenomorph or Predator, you must use your chosen species' unique fighting gifts (claws / tails / shoulder cannons) to cut your way through ranks of space marines.
Eliminating grunts is only a distraction, however. The real meat of Aliens vs Predator: Evolution is the fight between H.R. Giger's slinky black Xenomorphs and Arnie's dreadlocked archnemesis.
Whichever creature type you choose, you'll be able to upgrade your warrior with new upgrades and abilities, plus additional weaponry for the Predator class.
Each race has its own unique skills, too. Aliens can call facehuggers to their aid, for example, while Predators can bust out net guns and proximity mines if the situation demands them.
You'll be able to download Alien vs Predator: Evolution from the App Store for £2.99 / $4.99 after midnight. Android users should be able to join the acid-scorched party later tomorrow.
