iPhone 4 touches down in 17 more countries this Friday
Black models only
As promised by CEO Steve Jobs at Apple’s now infamous Antennagate press conference, iPhone 4 will be launching in 17 more countries this Friday.
If you’re an Apple-loving resident of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland, then you're probably counting down the hours already.
If you aren’t remotely interested in Apple’s latest generation of touchscreen smartphone, but happen to reside in one of the aforementioned countries, then don’t turn on the news on the 30th July.
Wall-to-wall television coverage of long queues forming around a nearby block isn’t out of the question, you see. It’s happened before once or twice.
Don’t go expecting to see any white iPhone 4s on sale in Dublin, Amsterdam, or Sydney, mind, since Apple has recently delayed the release of the ol’ albinoid again.
The black, and only, flavour of iPhone 4 is currently available in France, Germany, Japan, the UK, and the USA, and will be rolled out to even more nations later this year.
