Apple delays the white iPhone 4 again, now shipping ‘later this year’

With July (the month originally designated for the white iPhone 4’s already belated launch) fast coming to a close, Apple has released another statement, and it's not pretty for superficial gadget fans.

The same reason is quoted again for the delay, with gadget giant Apple saying “white models of Apple's new iPhone 4 have continued to be more challenging to manufacture than we originally expected.”

The new release window is rather ambiguous, with the press release saying, “they will not be available until later this year.” The traditional black model won’t be affected, thankfully.
