Pocus is the upcoming disorienting puzzler from the creator of hocus, voi, and rop
Hocus, then Pocus
Hocus, Voi, and Rop have all revolved around perspective, and the upcoming Pocus follows suit. Slated for release next month, this minimalist game spreads a puzzle platformer across multiple dimensions.
All you need to do in Pocus is get the red square to the waiting green exit. However your path travels across the various faces of cubic levels, and gravity changes depending on your movement, adding interesting complexities to the game's abstract levels.
In the short teaser trailer, Pocus showcases its gravity-shifting mechanic, as the red cube moves based on what edge and direction it falls from, shifting smoothly across cube faces onto waiting platforms.
Pocus is expected to release in March on iOS. We'll keep you updated as more details emerge.
