Steve Jobs: Printing will come to iPad
|

Apple CEO Steve Jobs isn't one to mince words or use the usual PR spiel; this guy is straight to the point.

So if you ask him, "Why no printing on the iPad? What gives?", don't expect an epic manifesto on the complete history of printers. You'll get something more like, "It will come."

According to a consumer who supposedly emailed the Mac Man, at least.

It's tough to verify these emails. Photoshop makes it pretty easy to make Jobs say some rather scandalous things, believe us. But, rumours have pointed to iPad-style printing before and it wouldn't be too surprising to see a future OS update include the feature.

Whether or not it'll be in this Autumn's OS 4.0 update is unknown right now, but don't throw your printer out a third story window just yet – Steve Jobs has you covered.

The iPad launches in the UK on May 28th, pre-orders are open now at Apple.
