Zodiac: Orcanon Odyssey, the Final Fantasy VII writer's next RPG, arrives on iOS next month
So it's a Libra
Kobojo has announced that Zodiac: Orcanon Odyssey, its online turn-based RPG, will be coming out for iOS in October.
In preparation, Kobojo has launched a new website that outlines the game's story, and that will be updated once a week with new character details.
There's also a new trailer that you can watch below to find out what you'll be getting yourself into.
The other reveal that Kobojo had for us today is who is working on the game's art direction.
It's Japanese design company CyDesignation, Inc., which most notably is led by Final Fantasy art director Hideo Minaba (he worked on V, VI, IX, and XII).
Minaba joins Final Fantasy VII writer Kazushige Nojima and Final Fantasy Tactics composer Hitoshi Sakimoto in working on Zodiac: Orcanon Odyssey. Quite a prestigious team.
Anyway, yes, next month it'll be out for the US and Europe on iOS. The Japanese version, as well as the PS Vita and PS4 versions, will arrive in early 2016.
