Circa Infinity was a clever platformer about leaping and rolling through concentric circles of hazards, earning a Gold Award earlier this year. You can certainly see the same DNA in the developer's new game Yankai's Triangle, a puzzler about arranging concentric triangles.

Yankai's Triangle is easy enough to understand. Each stage starts with a collection of triangles with different colored vertices, and you need to tap the triangles so the colors match and the triangles combine...into a new triangle surrounded by more triangles.

And then more triangles, and then more, zooming out and out into you've completed the level.

The game features dozens of stages and a simple challenge, but there's more to Yankai's Triangle than it seems. Soon, you're introduced to triangles locked in place, triangles with multiple colors, triangles labeled with eyes and teeth, and other mysterious mechanics.

Yankai's Triangle is available for £2.29 / $2.99 on the App Store and Steam. An Android version is coming later.
