Warhammer 40k: Armageddon adds new 'Ork Hunters' campaign to test veterans

Slitherine has decided to spoil strategy game fans with a new campaign for the Bronze Award-winning Warhammer 40k: Armageddon.

It's called "Ork Hunters" and takes place after the Second War of Armageddon and adds new feral Ork units to defeat.

Turns out that the defeated Orks left behind their spores in the Equitorial Jungle, you see. You have to command a veteran unit in a campaign to cleanse the planet once and for all.

At your behest are the Ork Hunters and other members of the Steel Legion. And Inquisitor Horst has also offered his support. But, hmm, not all is well.

Ork Hunters

"The devastation wrought by the Second War is a breeding ground for corruption and could lead to something even more dangerous than the feral Orks," teases the campaign's description.

With no Space Marines and no reinforcements this new campaign is designed to test veterans of the game.

If you want at it, the Ork Hunters campaign is available as a £3.99 / $4.99 in-app purchase. You can grab Warhammer 40k: Armageddon on the App Store if you haven't already.
