Pass and Play multiplayer added to iPad board game Ticket To Ride

I really like Ticket to Ride on the iPad, as anyone who’s read my Pocket Gamer gold award-winning review will know, but I found the lack of multiplayer around the one machine to be a little disappointing, given its board game origins.

Still, developer Days of Wonder appears to have been listening to fans and critics and has now released a free update that adds a pass-and-play multiplayer mode for up to four players.

All aboard

This new multiplayer mode can be padded out with AI bots if you’re lacking the whole team of board gamers, and compliments the already strong online multiplayer component of the title.

If you’re a board game fan and you haven’t already checked out Ticket To Ride yet, you can correct that terrible mistake by purchasing the game for £3.99/$6.99 using the button below.
