[Update] Must have RPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is on sale for £2.29, sequel not coming anytime soon
Update on April 29 at 09:40: The sale has spread to Android as well! While KOTOR is free on Amazon Underground, you can also get it at a discounted price on the Play Store.

Look, if you haven't experienced Bioware's take on Star Wars yet, you have to fix that today. For just £2.29 you'll have hours and hours of story-driven RPG gameplay that is incredibly faithful to the Star Wars universe and features an incredible cast of characters that respond to your choices.

You'll visit plenty of cities and uncharted locations in the fight against Darth Malak. The story takes place way before Star Wars: Episode I so don't expect to cross path with anyone from the movies.

Still, it's one of the best western RPG of its generation and a must have for any fans of the universe.

Its sequel, developed by Obsidian, is regarded as incomplete and is less popular. Still, fans are clamoring for a port of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II as well and while this sale could have been an indication of an upcoming port, it seems that Aspyr is not really working on it.

Answering to fans on Twitter, Aspyr's official account states that it would like to work on it "one day" but that it doesn't have anything to announce soon regarding a port.

Still, it's bound to happen no?
