This is not the first time we have seen Space Grunts. But it is the first time we get a proper good look at it.

We're hoping it's gonna be a decent little number as it's the next game from Orangepixel - maker of fine action games Gunslugs and Heroes of Loot.

In fact, as you'll see in the new video below, Space Grunts seems to be a hybrid of those two games. It's this that has caused Orangepixel to describe it as a "turn-based-action hybrid roguelike."
What this means is that you'll move around a moon base where "something" happened (really descriptive). And you'll spend your time shooting up annoying aliens with guns that make loud noises and big explosions.

Pretty sweet, we reckon. We don't have long to find out how it turns out either as Orangepixel is aiming to get it out this September on iOS, Android, and Steam.

Suits us. We'll get you an update on Space Grunts closer to its launch. But if you're hungry for more check out its website.
