Out now: SineWave turns big bassy beats into rhythmic tunnel shooting

Bassy tunnel shooter SineWave, from ex-DJ Hero folks Mad Fellows, is out on iOS right now.

It has you using taps and swipes to manoeuvre a ship through a warbling sci-fi tunnel.

You dodge walls that block bits of the tunnel off, and shoot drones that attempt to blow your ship into bits. Meanies.

There are more ships and tunnels to unlock that come in a range of shapes and colours. Big ships, narrow ships, car-like ships - then there's a purple, a road tunnel, as well as the metallic one.

The main feature is the music, which is provided by big name bassheads including Noisia, Zomboy, and SKisM.

You can download SineWave for free on the App Store.

It has three free tracks, with more available to purchase as packs in-game.

An Android version will be on its way later this year, hopefully.
