2K's assault on the App Store is continuing apace.

This time around, the giant publisher has got its eyes firmly set on Clash of Clans with casual F2P multiplayer scrapper Sensei Wars.

With this game, 2K follows the usual base-building, troop-training, gem-spending template. On this occasion, however, there's a kung fu theme to proceedings. So, more kicking, baggy trousers, and moustaches.

You need to upgrade your dojo, choose your sensei's fighting style, and train shaven-headed monks to kick the invading Mongol hordes. All in a day's work.

Your sensei is the focus of your attacking and defending, so you can teach him special moves and buffs to make sure that you're the victor come the end of combat.

Sensei Wars is casual, well presented, and full of lots of waiting around (for monks to do press-ups, for instance).

There are co-operative and competitive multiplayer encounters here, as well as a single-player campaign mode.

Sensei Wars is available on the App Store [download], the Google Play Store [download], and the Amazon App Store [download] right now for nowt.
