Flash game Robokill stomps onto iPad

The Flash community is a never-ending reservoir of ideas for developers wanting to make mobile and iPhone games.

The latest title to make the leap - this time to iPad - is Rock Solid Arcade's Robokill, which has been published on the App Store by Wandake.

As the name suggests, you take control of a gunned up mecha that stomps around shooting enemies, collecting money, levelling up, and getting upgraded in a cycle of explosions and particle effects.

And it is a big circle, with 460 levels and 13 hardcore missions available.

Up gunned

Upgrade options include customising your weapons before each battle so you can experiment with different combos of arm and shoulder-mounted guns, shield boosters, and emergency repair packs.

You can check out what each can do thanks to detailed stats such as kickback, fire rates, and damage estimates.

Robokill - Rescue Titan Prime is out now for iPad, priced $7.99, €5.99 or £3.99.

Alternatively, you can check out the Flash version here, or play the Lite version [iTunes link], which consists of a representative preview mission.
