The mammoth-sized RTS ROME: Total War is on sale for the first time

iOS has become a platform for huge ports lately and one of the biggest one last year was Rome: Total War, the iconic RTS that lets you command an empire in both real-time and turn-based actions.
Furthermore, the port was masterfully done by Feral Interactive and we thought it was "Impressive on every level, strategy and tactics, scale and presentation, despite the odd rough edge from porting". Ahead of its next standalone expansion, Rome: Total War Barbarians, Feral has dropped the price of this mammoth-sized RTS to €/$/£7.99 which is a bargain for the amount of content that you get.
Just don't forget that the game is quite large (4GB unpacked) and requires a beefy device (iPad Air and up).
