Bulkypix reckons that Nimble Squiggles is a "casual" game, but I'm not so sure.

Its spike pits and spinning buzzsaws make it look more like a hardcore platformer. Except, it's not one of those, either.

The task is to guide the colourful, swarming squiggles through 60 dangerous labyrinths with your finger.

The squiggles follow your finger like moths to a flame. So, most of the time, it's just a case of not getting anywhere near the obvious hazards.

However, Nimble Squiggles also has a colour matching puzzle element.

The squiggles all have colours assigned to them and can only pass through lanes, funnels, and gravity points that match that colour.

It seems to me that Nimble Squiggles is a game with plenty of challenge, then. It may be casual in terms of how easy it is to play - with just one finger - but outside of that it looks to be potentially quite tough.

If that appeals to you then you'll be able to purchase Nimble Squiggles for the 50 percent off launch price of 69p / 99c on the UK and US App Stores at midnight.
