The concept of Ludo is one that most people are aware of, even if they know it better as Parcheesi, Trouble, or Sorry! - you roll a die in the middle of the board and move your pegs around while wreaking havoc on your opponent's pieces.

Now Ludo's looking to make the jump for board game to interactive app in the new Mr. Ludo for iOS and Android.

In an inverse of Level 22, the point of Mr. Ludo is to dash out of an office as quickly as possible - a sentiment, we expect, that many are familiar with - although true to its board game roots, your movements are governed not by a disapproving manager but by a gigantic die.

As you dash to the exit, you can send your opponent's pieces back to their cubicles just by landing on them but your pieces are equally vulnerable to your opponent's movements so it pays to play office politics.

To that end, you can play Mr. Ludo with up to three friends in real-time, online multiplayer or engage in battles against AI-controlled "Lu-Bots" (not to be confused with Lucy Liu Bots) on three different difficulty modes.

Fitting its office theme, Mr. Ludo launches on National Boss's Day - or, Wednesday October 16 as it's known outside of the states.
