Richard Reidy has launched his endless dodger Morpha on iOS today.

He was going for a "Tron-like" look with this one. Which means that it's supposed to emulate the '80s future-vision of virtual reality. Hence it has bold colors and a geometric world of pillars and cubes.

That aside, the challenge here is a familiar one: you have three lanes to swipe across in order to keep your arrow-shaped ship speeding along as the platform rapidly crumbles behind it.

However, there's more to going left and right here. You also have to swipe up to jump and swipe down to flatten the ship to squeeze under low-hanging platforms.

There are also holes in the track that you fill in by tapping them. And the last thing you have to remember is tapping the big pillars twice to destroy them.

There are also pick-ups to collect that offer various boosts. Each of these can be upgraded using the coins that you collect in the level - it all helps when beating your best score.

It's quite a lot to remember as you try to pick the game up. But, luckily, it starts out slow to ease you in. In fact, after the first go it's a little too slow as you want more speed and more challenge right away.

You can rectify this by getting the premium version of Morpha as it lets you start at any of the previous checkpoints you reached. Each checkpoint is an increase in speed, you see.

But if you don't want to spend anything you'll have to deal wit that slow start. Morpha is available to download for free on the App Store right now.
