Mayhem! is a decidedly unforgiving arcade game that sees you trying to grab stacks of money while lasers blast at you from the four corners of the screen.
There are mines to avoid as well, and the skittish joystick controls make for some frantic, occasionally frustrating blasts of play.
The game certainly doesn't mess around, and there's a real sense of achievement when you manage to hit the score required to unlock the next arena. Although it doesn't happen very often.
This is a neatly packaged, super tough arcade dodger that, while some might find it a little too rough, offers a decent chunk of razor sharp fun.

A hard-as-nails arcade dodger, Mayhem! will be too tough for some, but if you're after a challenge it's well worth picking up
