Little Big Mansion will have you shrinking and transforming furniture to solve puzzles on iOS later this year

The PC prototype of Little Big Mansion left me impressed, some months ago. We now know that it's coming to iOS too, and that it will contain some extra surprises.

This puzzle platformer concerns two magicians who are trying to navigate their way through a rickety mansion with an unusual layout.

At the start, you'll control each magician in their own separate levels. Later on, they'll meet up and you'll need to make use of both their magical talents to beat each stage.

The younger magician can swap the size of two objects at the click of his fingers. That might involve shrinking huge keys to fit into tiny doors, and stepping the magician inside a wardrobe to shrink him down to fit through tiny corridors.

The elderly magician is able to swap the position of two objects to move across enclosed rooms.

You not only move through the various rooms of the mansion, but will also head outside to reach different sections. This also helps to break up the monotony of the interiors.

I enjoyed working out Little Big Mansion's smart and quite complicated puzzles before. So I can't wait to do it all again with the new levels, dialogue, and graphics that the game will have when it comes to iOS later this year.
