Free-to-play character collection game Heroes of Dragon Age is out now for iOS and Android

Heroes of Dragon Age is a game about the heroes of Dragon Age.

It that's the sort of thing that gets your jerkin in a twist and your +1 magical armour all steamy under the vambraces, then you're in luck.

That's because EA has just taken Heroes of Dragon Age out of soft launch mode and released it globally for iOS and Android.

The game is a bit of a card battler, but with heroes instead of cards. A 'hero battler', if you will. You build a party from more than a hundred characters and monsters, then go out and whomp some Dragon Age-y stuff in quests from the console games.

Heroes of Dragon Age is a free-to-play game, and requires quite a bit of heavy grinding, as you'd expect. Still, the game looks pretty nice, and you can have a big dragon in your party. Who doesn't want a dragon in her party?

Heroes of Dragon Age is out now on the Google Play Store [download] and the App Store [download], and it won't cost you a single penny.
