Goat Simulator gets update, price drop, toys, lickable helicopter
Patchy patch notes
Goat Simulator developer Coffe Stain Studios isn't making it easy on lazy games journalists who just want to make a quick news story by rewording a game's update description.
I mean, I can tell you that the game has a whole new map to play in called Goat City Bay. And that there are loads of new animals to play as, practically doubling the number in the original game. That much I can tell you with certainty.
But what am I supposed to do with patch notes like "lickable helicopter" and "pigs that are stuck"? Come on guys. Help a brother out.
At least I can tell you that the game is currently on sale for £2.29 / $2.99. And that the studio is working with toy maker WeLoveFine to create these fab goat toys that come - appropriately - with sticky Velcro tongues.
Coffee Stain also tells us that the mobile version of Goat Simulator has shifted 1.5 million copies, making it even more popular than the PC original. Mobile gamers love goats, I guess.
