Mode 7 is working on Frozen Synapse Red for Android tablets and iPad

It looks like the Red expansion for Frozen Synapse will be available on Android tablets and iPad in the not-too-distant future.
In a post on developer Mode 7's Facebook page, it was revealed that the Oxford-based studio is working on getting the update out for tablets. And not much else, to be honest.
The PC version of the update included a new co-op mode, a new campaign, and a new tactical unit with a riot shield.
We gave Frozen Synapse a Silver Award when we reviewed it in May. We called it "a very good port of an excellent strategy game". We then added that "Frozen Synapse is equally gripping whether your opponents are human or otherwise".
We'll let you know when we've got some more info about the Red update.
