The interactive sex scene that was banned from the US edition of Fahrenheit (aka Indigo Prophecy) has somehow made it past Apple's notoriously prudish censors and ended up in the iOS version of the game.

The optional scene happens if main character Lucas can rekindle his relationship with his ex-girlfriend Tiffany. Or, pick the right choices from a dialogue list and then hit a bunch of coloured buttons while playing guitar.

Indigo Prophecy

In the original European edition of the game, this would take you to a steamy sex scene where the two characters are completely nude and entangled like earphone wires in your pocket. You could even control the action using the analogue stick.

For the US edition, this scene was removed to avoid an 'Adults Only' rating from the, ESRB.

But the Remastered Edition that popped up on the App Store last night features that too-hot-for-America scene in all its awkward polygonal glory. You can ever swipe your finger up to keep Lucas going.

Sams Dance

Other censored and edited content, like a striptease you can find in the bonus section, are also shown - in full - in the iOS version.

Previously, Apple temporarily banned the nudity in Papers, Please, forced the characters of Hot Mess to put some damn clothes on, and kicked out sex education game HappyPlayTime.
