Square Enix slashes the price of sneaky FPS Deus Ex: The Fall for iPad and iPhone
Ex-catalogue
Square Enix has decided - somewhat steathily - to slash the price of its gold-hued FPS Deus Ex: The Fall down to £1.99 / $2.99.
This Silver Award-winning shooter is set in the same world as console smash hit Deus Ex: Human Revolution. In this mobile game, Squeenix, N-Fusion, and Eidos-Montréal tell a story that runs alongside the events of its bigger sister.
You play as Ben Saxon, a former SAS mercenary searching for the sinister truth behind a global conspiracy that's threatening his augmented life.
He needs drugs, basically, and no one's giving them to him.
At review, we called Deus Ex: The Fall "an ambitious, flawed, but ultimately entertaining FPS". We then added that the game "is well worth a look".
Right now, it's the cheapest it's ever been at just £1.99 (down from a still-pretty-cheap £4.99).
So, if you fancy hiding in some shadows, shooting some drug lords, or having meaningful conversations about the nature of humanity, you should head over to the App Store and grab Deus Ex: The Fall for £1.99 / $2.99.
