Flee a fire-breathing dragon in beautiful pixel art runner Dashing Knight, out soon

You may think that the runner genre has pretty much tired itself out these days. But then something like Dashing Knight comes along and you question that notion.

It's a top-down runner in which you play a cowardly knight running away from a fire-breathing dragon. You go across fields, bridges, and even inside castles after smashing the door down.

All the while you have to dodge left and right to avoid travelling musicians, milk maids, knights on stubborn horses, vampires, and also witches and wizards. There's a whole cast of fantasy world people to see.

That's part of what makes Dashing Knight stand out in such a saturated genre. It has plenty of character and, speaking more generally, some fantastic pixel art bringing it all to life.

It certainly seems to be a runner worth keeping an eye on. Dashing Knight will be out for iOS on November 5th.
