Crazy Freekick is a free action-puzzler with ducks, ninjas, and sumo wrestlers playing in goal
Hat trick
Crazy Freekick delivers precisely on what its title promises. And this is the only football game upon which I've fallen in love at first sight.
Here, you see, Tokyo-based developer Hap Inc. has essentially turned free kicks into crazy golf. Each stage comprises several small action-puzzles in which you have to score a goal.
The bizarre part of the game? How about the series of obstacles between you and the goal. Ninjas, ducks, sumo wrestlers... even the evolutionary chart of man gets in the way.
Back of the netAll you have to do is use your finger to determine the direction in which the ball will be kicked. To succeed, though, you'll need to practise patience AND have a keen eye for detail.
You only have three lives in Crazy Freekick. And you're marked on how many goals you can score with those lives. Once your lives are gone, you restart from the last stage you reached.
Crazy Freekick is free to download on the App Store. It's well worth playing if you're up for a game with a refreshing dose of silliness alongside its challenge.
