Burly Men At Sea may give the initial impression of being rugged and tough, but it's far from.
Its colours are light and friendly, its graphics are curvy, and it's actually quite cute-looking.
It has to be, as this is the signature style of husband-and-wife team Brain&Brain. That's the team who previously gave us charming adventure game Doggins.
This time around the dreams and space antics of Doggins have been dropped in favour of "a folktale about a trio of large bearded fellows on a fantastical adventure at sea."
You'll be playing as a storyteller and wayfinder for the Brothers Beard, pushing events forward with the fruits of your curiousity.
Burly Men At Sea will be coming to iOS, Android, and PC in 2015.
Let's hope that it contains the same wondrous feel of Doggins, but perhaps lasts a little longer. Our main criticism of Doggins in our review was that it was short, you see.
