As a general rule, fantasy lands can't be at peace for more than a few years.
So, after you united your homeland under the Black Fortress in Avadon, everything had to fall apart soon after. It's inevitable.
Enter Avadon 2: The Corruption. Assuming the role of a Hand of the Black Fortress once again, you'll have to step out into the treacherous world to make an important decision in this forthcoming follow-up.
Since the lands of Avadon are full of rebels fighting and armies gather outside its borders to invade, you can do one of two things...
You can either fight against them all and attempt to restore peace under your rule once again. Or you can decide to form an alliance with the rebels and forge a new nation with them, defending Avadon from within. But what will you have to sacrifice along the way?
Along with making some tough choices, then, you'll be able to explore a huge world, encounter a rich cast of characters, and master deep combat mechanics in this RPG.
Avadon 2: The Corruption should be available on iPad, PC, and Mac by the end of 2013. Set aside some hours now, I reckon.
