The best cars for every mode in Asphalt Xtreme on iOS and Android
Best for stunts, speed, drifting, and more
Asphalt Xtreme has loads of different cars - from light and bouncy buggies to mahoosive great monster trucks.
Each car has its own strengths and weaknesses so there's no single car that's better than all the rest. But we can find the best vehicle for certain styles of play.
So if you're a fan of stunts, or a fan of speed, or need a car for a specific type of event, read on to find the best car for each job.
The best car for top speedThe Chevrolet Camaro SS is the leader of the bunch, with a top speed of 260 km/h.
Okay, so the Subaru WRX STI GRC and Dodge Challenger SRT8 are faster at 290 and 285 but they're not yet available. So, for now, it's the Camaro.
This is a muscle car which are all quite speed. Rally cars are also pretty fast - and have a better nitro gain and better handling than muscle cars so maybe check out one of those if you're struggling.
The best car for accelerationThe Ariel Nomad has a super quick acceleration of 3.60 seconds so you can get up to top speed in the blink of an eye.
Buggies are light, which is why they can quickly move themselves into first place. But that also means they're susceptible to being squished under the tyres of a monster truck. So, yeah, watch up.
The best car for handlingIt's the Ariel Nomad again! This car has a handling rating of 2.10 Gs which makes it great for drifting around bends without losing your footing.
The best car for nitroThe Unimog U 4023 is a big, slow truck - but this bad boy adds an extra 44 km/h to top speed when using nitro.
Then again, trucks aren't very fast, and don't accelerate very sharply, and have weak handling. So you might want to check out the Volkswagen Beetle GRC.
Rally cars regain nitro faster than any other type of car, meaning you'll soon be ready to blast off into first place again. This Beetle also has the best nitro boost of any rally car
The best car for stuntsBuggies are the best for stunts: their light frame and sharp handling makes them great for air turns and drifts. Ariel Nomad is the best buggy money can buy so focus on getting that one.
The best car for destructionTrucks and monster trucks are obviously the way to go if you want to destroy everyone else on the track.
Trucks become unstoppable forces of destruction when using nitro, and monster trucks earn nitro just by smashing into other cars. Plus: they can break through barriers without missing a step.
The Ford 3-Window Coupe is one of the best all-round monster trucks so try and get that one if you can.
The best all round carSUVs are designed to be jack of all trade cars. They don't have any particular advantages - but they also don't have any significant drawbacks.
The Range Rover Evoque, for example, has pretty good top speed (232), not bad acceleration (6.60 seconds), strong handling (1.75G), and good nitro (28 km/h). An all round good car.
Plus, SUVs are great at performing long nitro boosts, so focus on that to get ahead of the pack.
