Angels in the Sky is an on-rails shooter that demands you play it on an iPhone 5S. It also works on the iPad Air, so we're guessing you need an A7 chip to get the most out of its Unreal Engine 4 powered blasting.

It's a big chuggy, a bit sluggish, and not really that good looking to be honest. You're swooping slowly through the air, tapping a couple of buttons to shoot some metallic alien craft that are darting after you.

You earn cash from killing to spend on upgrading your weaponry. Then you go out and kill again. Killing is what you were made for. Kill kill kill.

The game will set you back £4.99 / $6.99. Which sounds pretty steep to us. Because it is. Still, if you like shooting metal boxes with space-age pew-pew cannons you might find something to keep you entertained here.

Oh, and please, please, please don't buy the game if you don't have a device that can run it. Because that would be silly.
