A Trail is a simple but curious 2D runner where size really does matter
In terms of gameplay, I mean
If you're a fan of Geometry Dash, you might want to keep an eye on A Trail by Tryhard Entertainment.
A Trail is a fast-paced, 2D runner where you control an inky blob. The aim of the game is to complete the levels as quickly as possible, and without dying.
While it make look a little simple at first, the interest sits in the game's mechanics as you can shrink your square. The catch here is that your blob is constantly growing. The bigger you get, the slower you'll move, so you're given the ability to 'concentrate'. When you concentrate the square shrinks and you'll move faster, as well as be able to bypass certain obstacles.
That is...unless you need to jump over an obstacle, in which case the bigger the better. Bigger blog = higher jump/slower speed. Smaller blob = smaller jump/faster speed. Voila.
The game's broken down into seven chapters, each one containing two worlds. Each world contains five levels, so overall there'll be 70 levels to work through.
A Trail will be coming to iOS sometime this August and will be a premium title.
