Trying to control one spaceship is a small challenge. Trying to control two at once is a big challenge. And trying to control two that are shooting right at each other? A nightmare.

That's the set up for TwinShooter. Each thumb, planted on either side of the screen, controls one jet. You move them up and down to blast away at enemies in the centre of the battlefield.

Which is all well and good until you realise that you can shoot yourself. And the game is especially cheeky in putting in enemies that you can only shoot from one side, which means you'll need to weave your ships through each other's bullets to get at them.

It's a headache to write about. It's even more painful to play. But in a good, satisfying, and ultra one-more-go addictive kind of way. And it's out in a couple months. Check out our hands-on video with the game, above.
