Zombies invade pixel-art build-'em-up The Sandbox in latest update

Game Name: The Sandbox | Developer: Pixowl | Format: iPhone, iPad | Genre: Simulation
Like approximately 99 percent of the games on the App Store, the recently updated pixel-art build-'em-up The Sandbox now features zombies.

Yup, The Sandbox now has a brand-new 15-stage campaign called Zombie Attack. In this campaign, you have to put paid to a lethal T-Virus-esque pathogen that's spread throughout a city.

Aside from the abovementioned campaign, this update includes a new element (Zombie Powder) and a new zoom toggle that allows you to draw or swipe on your device's screen with a single finger.

After downloading this update, you'll also be able to skip any levels that you find a tad difficult and view the game's Online Gallery right from the off.

You can download The Sandbox from the App Store right now for free. We'll let you know as soon as the zombie-themed update goes live on Google Play.
