Developer Nitrome 'hard at work' on first of many levels packs for Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage
In a recent interview with our sister site PocketGamer.biz
, Nitrome's managing director Matthew Annal spoke about the future of its recently-released physics-puzzler, Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage
According to Annal, his studio is already "hard at work" on what he hopes will be the first of "several" different and diverse level packs.
"We hope we can continue to surprise people with new things in each of them and keep up the level of variety that we have in the available packs."
Annal revealed in the interview that people have been asking for Game Center support ever since Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage
first hit the App Store.
While he didn't confirm that Apple's social gaming network will eventually make it into his studio's physics-puzzler, he did confirm that it's being looked at.
"A lot of people have also been asking for Game Center support too, so we're looking at what we might do there too," he said.Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage
nabbed a highly sought-after Gold Award at review. We called it "one of the finest physics-based puzzlers on iOS and an outstanding start for Rovio Stars".
